Intimate Wedding at Northside Farm

I have been so excited to share this wedding with you! Rebecca and Paul came down from Aberdeen, Scotland to celebrate their marriage in beautiful Northumberland! When Rebecca reached out to me, she was beyond complimentary about my work and spoke about how important photography was to them, she was so excited for our portrait session and so of course I knew we were going to get along! Their wedding was intimate and relaxed with the most beautiful details!

Northside Farm was the perfect venue for what they wanted and we got the most gorgeous weather for it! It was my second time at this venue and so I set off on a little explore around the area. I came across a nature reserve and cornfields just a few miles away – and literally couldn’t contain my excitement! What a hidden gem!

Rebecca and Paul read their vows and were married in front of their closest family. We spent a little while trekking through the woodlands that surrounds the farm, found a bridge with a great big wall and nearly gave me a heart attack scrambling up onto it. After a lovely meal and a bit of dancing, we drove out to the nature reserve amidst the beautiful golden light! I was in my element!

Rebecca was a bronzed goddess in the most stunning Pronovias gown! And of course, Paul looked handsome too! I never forget any couple I work with but I am completely in love with this wedding! (I know I say that about every one I photograph) There is definitely something special about the intimacy of smaller weddings and elopements.

I am now booking intimate weddings and elopements for 2019 and 2020! I will travel all over the UK and Worldwide for my couples!
