What are Adventure Sessions?

To give you an idea, think of the most beautiful place you’ve ever been to! Did you hike or climb to get there? How did you feel when you got there? I bet it was pretty amazing. Adventure Sessions are about getting away from the more traditional posed photoshoots, in favour of a wild and fun experience – creating memories to keep forever. Watching the sunrise over Florence, dancing in the water in the Algarve, standing on a beach at sunset at Lake Garda are just some of the adventures I’ve been on in the last year alone. 

Whether its for  your anniversary, to celebrate your engagement or for the day after your wedding. Adventure Sessions are a way to create some beautiful images without the restrictions you may have on your wedding day! 

What do I wear for an Adventure Session?

Keep in mind that there will quite likely be some hiking, sand or water involved – however these couple sessions are to create photographs which reflect YOU as a couple! Some couples take it as another great opportunity to throw on their wedding attire, whilst others opt for a more casual outfit! I love natural colours which won’t clash with the landscape and dresses that flow wildly in the wind. Where can we go for our Adventure Session?

The world is your oyster! I love to travel and explore – we bought and converted a camper van for that very reason!

Firstly, is there a place that speaks to your soul? You know somewhere that you feel at home when you get there or inspired. Mine is The Isle of Skye – so we just upped and moved and I’m based on Skye now! I capture both adventure sessions and elopements frequently around The Isle of Skye – although I’m lucky enough that my job leads me all over Europe. So far I have been all over Scotland, London, Italy, Norway, Greece and France! Adventure Sessions can be booked wherever your heart desires.
