This package is photography only — Super 8 film is not available with hourly coverage.

Absolutely. Scotland is one of the easiest places to legally elope as a non-resident. The paperwork can be done remotely before you arrive. You will need to apply for a marriage visa from your home country. Once you have this you can give notice to the registry office within your chosen area of Scotland.
