Welcome to my beautiful home! I live near the foot of the Quiraing in an old croft house with my husband and 3 children!
I know not everyone wakes before dawn..
But those that do get to experience the true magic of Skye. At first light, when mist moves through the cliffs and we’re alone at the Quiraing as the sun rises over the sea, I create cinematic, fine art imagery for couples drawn to the wild. Every sunrise here is different, some are bold and full of colour, whilst others are softer, as the light trickles through the fog. Each beautiful in it’s own way.
These sunrise Quiraing couple sessions are for lovers who want something honest and atmospheric — whether you’re celebrating an engagement, planning a proposal, or simply marking this season of your life in one of Scotland’s most incredible landscapes.

These are not traditional mini sessions.
They are short, intentional fine art portraits created with movement, atmosphere and storytelling in mind — images that feel less like posed photographs and more like stills from a film.
For Summer 2026, I’m opening a limited number of these sunrise sessions inspired by a new chapter of life — having moved to the Quiraing’s doorstep, I’ve fallen even more deeply in love with these early mornings and I know every inch of this place that I get to call my home!

Quiraing Sunrise Session FAQs
Yes — this special Summer 2026 rate is available only for these 30-minute sunrise sessions at the Quiraing and for this specific location and timing. Because these sessions are designed around a fixed sunrise experience close to home, I’m able to offer them at a different rate to my longer bespoke adventure sessions. If you’re dreaming of a longer or multi-location experience with the option of video and film photography too, you may prefer one of my adventure session packages.
This is Skye — weather is part of the magic.
Mist, wind and shifting light often create the most atmospheric, cinematic images, and I encourage couples to embrace whatever the landscape offers.
I’ll be in touch around 48 hours before your session to confirm sunrise timing and weather conditions, and if conditions are genuinely unsafe or unworkable, we’ll discuss the best alternative.

A £300 booking fee and signed online contract are required to reserve your Quiraing Sunrise Session, with the remaining balance due four weeks before your session date.

I love photographing families and little ones are always welcome in many of my longer sessions, however these Quiraing Sunrise Sessions may not be the best fit for young children due to the very early start, exposed landscape and short, sunrise-focused nature of the experience.
